“Any chef will tell you use the thighs for a better taste. I use these for chicken curries. Apricot or butter chicken. Love them. I have been cooking for over 40 years.I always use thigh if serving chicken in a sauce. Never had a problem with Aldi chicken. Meat products yes find a lot of Aldi meat tough.”
