This week’s recipe is a fresh & simple salad using all Aldi ingredients.
Ingredients
2 cups Salad Mix
2 cups Baby Spinach
2 ripe Packham Pears (cut into medium wedges)
150g White Mill Walnuts (roughly chopped)
200g Emporium Selection Lyttos Greek Feta Cheese
2 tbsp Pure Vita Vegetable Oil
2 tbsp Remano White Wine Vinegar
2 tsp Bramwells Pure Australian Honey
Method
- In a large salad bowl, add the rocket and baby spinach. Mix to combine.
- Scatter the pear wedges and the walnuts on top, and crumble over the feta in large chunks.
- In a small bowl whisk oil, vinegar and honey until combined.
- Pour over salad and serve.
