Pear & Walnut Salad

This week’s recipe is a fresh & simple salad using all Aldi ingredients.

Ingredients

2 cups Salad Mix
2 cups Baby Spinach
2 ripe Packham Pears (cut into medium wedges)
150g White Mill Walnuts (roughly chopped)
200g Emporium Selection Lyttos Greek Feta Cheese
2 tbsp Pure Vita Vegetable Oil
2 tbsp Remano White Wine Vinegar
2 tsp Bramwells Pure Australian Honey

Method

1. In a large salad bowl, add the rocket and baby spinach. Mix to combine.
2. Scatter the pear wedges and the walnuts on top, and crumble over the feta in large chunks.
3. In a small bowl whisk oil, vinegar and honey until combined.
4. Pour over salad and serve.
