Aldi Mum Recipe
Aldi Mum Shantelle has shared a great, super simple, low-carb variation of Shepherd’s Pie:
Simply prepare your mince and veges as per normal, add to an oven proof dish, add one bag of Aldi cauliflower on top and bake until cauliflower is soft. No pastry, no potato. Perfect!
